Getting started & training plan

My race is wrong in the event database (date, distance) or missing – what do I do?

Create a manual event with the correct date and distance instead. The event database is no longer maintained and may be out of date; entries there can't be corrected.

When setting up your goal, you can select an event from the Trait database or create a manual event.

To be honest: The event database is no longer maintained. Some entries are therefore out of date or incorrect – with the wrong date or the wrong distance, for example. You can't correct database events yourself, and we currently don't correct them either.

Here's what to do:

  • When setting up your goal, don't select the faulty database event; instead, create a manual event – with the correct date and the correct distance. Which distances are possible is explained under Which distances can I choose?
  • Is your plan already running with the wrong event? Changing the race date in an active plan is a Pro feature. Alternatively, simply create a new plan with the manual event – that's free, see Can I recreate my plan?

For your training plan, it makes no difference whether your goal comes from the database or was created manually. What matters is the date and the distance.
