How often should you train for a 5 km run?
Your ideal training workload depends on your goal. Each of our 5k training plans involves different frequencies and amounts of training depending on your target time.
Beginners should always try to complete 2-3 running sessions consistently. For advanced and professional levels, we often go up to 6 sessions per week!
