Paces & zones
That's intentional: paces are usually fixed 14 days in advance, in some cases only 7 days. Sessions further in the future deliberately don't have paces yet, because Trait keeps refining them based on your runs until then.
When you scroll ahead in your plan, you'll notice that sessions further in the future don't show pace details yet. That's not a bug – it's by design.
Trait continuously refines your paces: after every workout via your effort rating and roughly monthly via the heart-rate analysis (see How does Trait come up with my paces?). A pace set today for a session six weeks from now would most likely be outdated by then. That's why sessions only get their paces as they get closer.
You can of course still see the structure of the sessions – type, duration, zone – for the whole plan.
Exception: With a plan with a fixed target time, all paces are derived backwards from the target time and are already set for every week.
